May be you have already heard it, but I just want to repeat it once again.

Scott Kelby has come up with a really fun idea to push the release of his new book, Lightroom 2 for Digital Photographers. On Saturday, August 23rd, there will be PhotoWalks around the world. These are absolutely free events hosted by volunteer leaders in cities around the world.

Each PhotoWalk will last about 2 hours and end up somewhere to eat (or drink). This is a great opportunity to meet other photographers of all levels in your area. You do have to sign up in advance as participation is limited to 50 people at each location.
